furnaces, translating cold beds, tractors and other equipment from our
factory. With an annual output of 20,000 tons, the equipment runs well
and can produce aluminum alloy sheets, architectural aluminum profiles,
industrial aluminum profiles, etc. with a maximum width of 300mm. The

Product Introduction:
1. New energy-saving aluminum billet (6M long) heating furnace: the
thickness of the furnace insulation layer is increased to 450mm, the
design of the heat insulation layer at the bottom of the furnace, the
use of energy-saving burner, the built-in stainless steel heat recovery
device, and the improved sealing performance of the furnace door greatly
reduce energy consumption;
2. The original hot air circulation duct is changed to make the temperature
of the aluminum billet more uniform (the temperature difference between
the front and back is not greater than 5℃);
3. The PLC control is used to make the feeding device more sensitive and
the operation simpler, greatly reducing the work intensity and making it
more user-friendly;
4. The natural gas consumption of the new energy-saving aluminum billet heating furnace is about 20m³/T.
