1. Purpose

In the process of profile extrusion, in order to reduce bending and distortion and increase the qualified rate of finished products, the profile must be guided and drawn. This machine is driven by a DC motor and is controlled by a PLC programmable computer. It has the characteristics of high automation, simple operation and stable performance. It can also be used with automatic export saws and extruders to achieve complete linkage production.

2. Working principle

The tractor is mainly composed of three parts: the power mechanism, the material clamping device and the walking rail of the tractor. The jaws of the clamping device adopts both sides to open and close to give way, with involute arc clamping piece with reverse self-locking teeth group, hydraulic drive; traction host uses a DC motor to drive the main shaft gear through the reducer, and the main shaft gear bites The chain fixed on the rail realizes linear motion back and forth, equipped with low-voltage DC disc brake.
