Die furnace heating is an auxiliary equipment used with extrusion press. It mainly includes well-type mould heating furnace, drawer-type mould heating furnace, electric heating mould heating furnace and induction mould heating furnace. Its main effect is to heat the mould to the temperature of the aluminium bar, so as to facilitate extrusion. The advantages of this furnace are that it is convenient to take and place the mould, fast and energy-saving.
Product introduction:
The outer shell is welded by common steel plate and section steel, and the furnace gallbladder is welded by through-hole heat-resistant steel plate, with light brick and aluminium silicate fiber blanket as insulation material, and slag wool as secondary insulation material on the outer surface; the inner layer is the special cabinet brick supporting the electric heater, which is a common high-alumina brick, and the electric heating wire is supported on it. On it.
After heating, besides heat transfer directly to the through-hole inner liner, the heat generated by the heater is transferred into the furnace through the air by the hot air circulating fan, and the heating die is heated rapidly and uniformly. There are two thermocouples in each heating area as temperature measurement, temperature control and over-temperature alarm system.
The fan of mould furnace is assembled with high temperature stainless steel blade and high temperature stainless steel shaft and high temperature bearing. After static and dynamic balance adjustment, it can achieve better low-noise and stable operation effect. Moreover, air-cooled and water-cooled devices are installed around the high temperature bearing, which can better control the temperature in the furnace to disperse with the fan shaft.
The structure of the truck is welded by common steel plate and section steel, and the upper part of the truck is welded with the rail of the truck. The truck is equipped with a wheel, which can enter and exit along the rail. The truck is welded with 20mm thick A3 plate and has reasonable air outlet, which can make the mould have better heat soaking effect.
